Delivery & Returns
All orders are made to order and dispatched within 3 working days at busy times please allow up to 7 working days.
If you need your order urgently please email firstname.lastname@example.org to see if this is possible.
All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Service.
We advise using 1st Class signed for all Sterling Silver Jewellery orders.
With Love Beckie can’t take responsibility for delayed orders once they have been dispatched.
Currently we only offer postage to the UK. If you live outside the UK and would like to order, please email email@example.com first.
Returns and Exchanges
Here at With Love Beckie we want you to be happy with your order. If this is not the case, please contact us within 14 days.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and state if you would like a refund or exchange.
- All returns must include a copy of your proof of purchase or the order number, so we know who to refund.
- All returns must be returned unworn, undamaged and returned in the same condition and packaging they arrived in.
- Due to hygiene reasons earrings can’t be returned or exchanged.
- Bespoke pieces can’t be returned or exchanged.
- The return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
- If you are exchanging an item, the may be an extra postage charge to send out your new order.
- If your order is returned damaged or shows signs of wear, we are unable to accept this. All items must be returned in a resalable condition.
- Please ensure you have entered the full and correct delivery address when placing your order. With Love Beckie can’t be responsible for orders with incorrect delivery details. If you provide enter an incorrect delivery address, we are not liable if the items then goes missing. If the order is then returned to us your will be responsible for any redelivery costs.
- If you are placing an order to a work address, we strongly advise you use the tracking shipping option. We are not liable for missing orders that are delivered to an address where other people have access to you mail.
Orders can be cancelled or amended within 24 hours if your order hasn’t been started. Please email email@example.com if you need to make changes to your order.
