All Ladies Sterling Silver Jewellery (Bracelets, Necklaces, Rings & Earrings will come packaged in their own organza bags. Wish Strings will come presented on their own inspirational card and packaged in cellophane packaging and wrapped in its own small paper bag and sealed with a With Love Beckie sticker.
All Children's Sterling Silver Bracelets will come packaged in their own organza bags. All Children's Sterling Silver Necklaces will come presented on their own quote card and packaged in cellophane packaging and an organza bag.
If you have ordered something from the sale section it will come wrapped in its own small paper bag and sealed with a With Love Beckie sticker..
Can I add a gift message with my order?
Yes, please add your Complimentary Gift Message Card on the shopping cart page. If you would like multiple gift messages please state which gift message goes with each item. (All gift messages will be copied exactly how they are received. With Love Beckie is not responsible if you type incorrectly.)
Can I send direct to the recipient?
Yes, you will be given the option to add the delivery address on the checkout page. If you wish to change the delivery address after you have placed the order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 hour of placing the order.
Can the Sterling Silver Bracelets be made to measure?
Yes, most adult Bracelet's are available to purchase in small - 16.5cm, Medium - 17.5cm and Large - 18.5cm. If you need them making to a different sizing option then listed please email email@example.com before placing an order.

All our orders are handmade to order, with love and care and are carefully checked before packaging. In the unlikely event that your order has arrived faulty/damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. What do I do if the discount code won't work?

My personalised Wish String Card has arrived with the incorrect spelling. What can I do?
All text for the personalised Wish String Cards are copied exactly how we received it. It is you responsibility to check you have typed the correct spelling.
In the circumstances that we have made the mistake please email email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
I have mis-typed the spelling of the name required on the Wish String Card, what should I do?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 hour of placing your order with the correct spelling. Changes can only be done if your order hasn’t been started.
Can I return a personalised Wish String Card?
Unfortunately items that have been personalised can't be refunded, exchanges or cancelled.
