Delivery & Returns

All orders are made to order and dispatched within 1-3 working days. At busy times please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be dispatched.

If you need your order urgently please email to see if this is possible.  


All UK orders up to the value of £19.99 will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Standard Service.

UK orders over £20 will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Service.

Any Greeting Cards that are not purchased with either a Wish String or Sterling Silver piece will be sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard Service. 

With Love Beckie can’t take responsibility for delayed orders once they have been dispatched.

Currently we only offer postage to the UK. If you live outside the UK and would like to order, please email first.


Here at With Love Beckie we want you to be happy with your order. If this is not the case, please contact us within 14 days.

  • Please email with your full name, order number and reason for return.
  • All returns must be returned unworn, undamaged and returned in the same condition and packaging they arrived in.
  • All returns must also include a copy of your proof of purchase or the order number, so we know who to refund.
  • You will be issued a refund by the same method of payment within 7 working days of your return being received. We will be unable to refund the postage and packaging costs.  


  • Due to hygiene reasons earrings can’t be returned. 
  • Bespoke and personalised pieces can’t be returned. 
  • Greeting Cards that have had a message added to the can't be returned. 

Please note

  • The return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We advise using signed for service. 
  • If your order is returned damaged or shows signs of wear, we are unable to accept this. All items must be returned in a resalable condition. 
  • Please ensure you have entered the full and correct delivery address when placing your order. With Love Beckie can’t be responsible for orders with incorrect delivery details. If you provide an incorrect delivery address, we are not liable if the item(s) then goes missing. If the order is then returned to us your will be responsible for any redelivery costs.
  • If you are placing an order to a work address, we strongly advise you use the tracking shipping option. We are not liable for missing orders that are delivered to an address where other people have access to you mail.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. 


Orders can be cancelled or amended within 24 hours if your order hasn’t been started. Please email as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.
