All orders are handmade and dispatched within 1-3 working days. At busy times please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be dispatched.

Delivery (updated)
UK orders up to the value of £19.99
- Royal Mail 1st Class - Not Tracked (1-3 working days once dispatched).
- Royal Mail 2nd Class - Not Tracked (2-4 working days once dispatched).
UK orders over £20
- Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (1-3 working days once dispatched).
- Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For (2-4 working days once dispatched).
UK order over £50
- Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (1-3 working days once dispatched)
Any free delivery offers will be sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class - Not Tracked (2-4 working days once dispatched).
With Love Beckie doesn’t take any responsibility for delayed orders once they have been dispatched.
Returns (updated)
Here at With Love Beckie I want you to be completely happy with your order. If this is not the case, please email withlovebeckie@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include your full name, order number and reason for return.
· All returns must be returned within 28 days of receiving your order and must be unworn, undamaged and returned in the same condition and packaging they arrived in.
· All returns must also include a copy of your proof of purchase or the order number, and your full name, so I know who to refund. Please note I will be unable to provide a refund if this information isn’t included.
· You will be issued a refund by the same method of payment within 7 working days of your return being received. I don't offer refunds for postage and packaging costs.
· The return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. I would advise using a signed for service.
· If your order is returned damaged or shows signs of wear, I am unable to accept this. All items must be returned in a resalable condition.
Exceptions
· Due to hygiene reasons earrings can’t be returned.
· Bespoke and personalised pieces can’t be returned.
Please note
· Please ensure you have entered the full and correct delivery address when placing your order. I am not responsible for any orders with incorrect delivery details. If you provide an incorrect delivery address, I am not liable if the item(s) then goes missing. If the order is then returned to With Love Beckie you will be responsible for any redelivery costs.
· If you are placing an order to a work address, I strongly advise you use the signed for shipping option. I am not liable for missing orders that are delivered to an address where other people have access to your mail.
