Delivery
All orders are handmade and dispatched within 1-3 working days. At busy times please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be dispatched.
If you need your order urgently, please email withlovebeckie@outlook.com to see if this is possible.
UK orders up to the value of £19.99
· Royal Mail 1st Class - Not Tracked (1-3 working days once dispatched).
· Royal Mail 2nd Class - Not Tracked (2-4 working days once dispatched).
UK orders over £20
· Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (1-3 working days once dispatched).
· Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For (2-4 working days once dispatched).
UK order over £75
· Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (1-3 working days once dispatched)
Any free delivery offers will be sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class - Not Tracked (2-4 working days once dispatched).
With Love Beckie doesn’t take any responsibility for delayed orders once they have been dispatched.
Postage is currently only to the UK.
Returns
In the unlikelihood that you’re not happy with your order, returns are accepted within 14 days of your receiving your order. Your returned item(s) must be returned unworn and in the same condition & packaging it arrived to you. Please note - personalised items, size alterations and earrings for hygiene purposes can’t be returned.
To arrange a return please email withlovebeckie@outlook.com to request a returns form. Customers are responsible for the postage costs to return.
· All returns must include a copy of your completed returns form.
· You will be issued a refund by the same method of payment within 7 working days of your return being received. Refunds are not given for postage and packaging costs.
· The return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended using a signed for service, and packaging in a padded envelope.
· If your order is returned damaged or shows signs of wear. It won’t be accepted. All items must be returned in a resalable condition.
· If your return is outside of the 14 days your return will be refused.
Please ensure you have entered the full and correct delivery address when placing your order. With Love Beckie isn’t responsible for any orders with incorrect delivery details and are not liable if the item(s) then goes missing. If the order is then returned to With Love Beckie you will be responsible for any redelivery costs.
