Ordering

When will my order arrive?

All orders are handmade and dispatched within 1-3 working days, using Royal Mail. At busy times please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be dispatched.

Can the women’s sterling silver beaded bracelets be made to measure?

If you require a different size from small (16.5cm), medium (17.5cm) & large (18.5cm), there is a size alteration service for beaded bracelets. Where you can have your bracelet made to measure to ensure it fits you perfectly. Before ordering, please email withlovebeckie@outlook.com to discuss this option.

Do you offer wholesale orders?

Yes, only for the wish string bracelets. If you wish to place an order please get in touch, either via email withlovebeckie@outlook.com or the contact page.

What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive?  

Please allow 7-10 working day for your order to arrive, before getting in touch via email at withlovebeckie@outlook.com 

What do I do if my order arrives faulty?                                                        

All our orders are handmade, with lots of love and care and are carefully checked before packaging. In the unlikely event that your order has arrived faulty/damaged, please contact within 48 hours of receiving it, by emailing withlovebeckie@outlook.com with your full name, email address, order number and attach an image(s) of the faulty item.

What do I do if the discount code won't work?                                                

Discount codes are only valid online and can't be used in conjunction with any other offers or sale items. If the code still isn't working on full prices items, please email withlovebeckie@outlook.com 

I’ve forgotten to use a discount code, what should I do? 

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, discount codes can’t be added to it.
