When will my order arrive?

All orders are handmade to order, and are dispatched within 1-3 working days, using Royal Mail. At busy times please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be dispatched.

Can the women’s sterling silver beaded bracelets be made to measure?

Sterling silver beaded bracelets are available in sizes small (16cm), medium - UK standard (18cm) and large (20cm).  

If you fall outside of the sizes listed above, please get in touch via email withlovebeckkie@outlook.com to arrange a custom size.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if hasn’t been started or dispatched. Please email withlovebeckie@outlook.com to cancel.

What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive?  

Please allow 7-10 working day for your order to arrive, before getting in touch via email at withlovebeckie@outlook.com  

What do I do if my order arrives faulty?                                                        

All orders are handmade, with lots of love and care and are carefully checked before packaging. In the unlikely event that your order has arrived faulty/damaged, please contact within 48 hours of receiving it, by emailing withlovebeckie@outlook.com with your full name, email address, order number and attach an image(s) of the faulty item.

Can I return my order?

In the unlikelihood that you’re not happy with your order, returns are accepted within 14 days of your receiving your order. Your returned item(s) must be returned unworn and in the same condition & packaging it arrived to you. If your return is outside of the 14 days your return will be refused.

To arrange a return please email withlovebeckie@outlook.com to request a returns form. Customers are responsible for the postage costs to return.
