The message on the card reads -  A little wish to say Happy Birthday. It's time to make your birthday wish. Tie on your bracelet and when the cord breaks, may you wish come true.

Designed to be worn on your wrist or kept as a lucky charm. Simply take off the card, tie onto your wrist, make your wishes and trim off the ends.
